I need help for gamesave making!!!! :P

ok, so I promised GOD i'd make saves. So far I have some good news and bad news. Good news is I can put together hacked saves that work . Bad news is I can't make the saves permanent. What I mean by "permanent" is that after I turn the "weapon loadout 1, 2 or 3" code off, the hacked loadout goes away also. If you know how to make the saves permanent even after the code has been turned off [/color=red]PLEASE[/color] tell me, or give me the EXACT STEPS to create the hacked save. Thank you GOD.

Turn the save ahcks on, (colors, weapons, insigia) then go and save the game, maybe even twice, then turn the codes off and laod the game, they should be there now..
