How do you get these to work?

Ive tried tonnes of winzip files and stuf to extract it but they dont open it in game. Sad

Lol? ok follow this:

1. Download
2. Extract
3. open folder
4. take the ules..... to your psp
5. paste it in savedata (in your psp)
6. Play!
